iGaming Payment Providers · 2026 reliability ranking
Most Reliable IGaming Payment Providers (2026)
We ranked 14 iGaming payment providers by real-world reliability over the last 90 days, using 107 status page incidents and our own around-the-clock uptime checks. For an online casino or sportsbook, deposits and withdrawals are part of the product: when a wallet, open-banking rail or cashier fails, players can't fund their accounts, and slow or failed withdrawals turn into complaints and regulator attention. Outages during peak events such as a weekend football round show up directly as lost deposits. Several of these providers also post incidents at individual banks or local payment methods, so a high incident count can reflect upstream problems as well as their own.

iGaming Payment Providers reliability at a glance
- Across the 9 ranked iGaming payment providers, average 90-day uptime is 99.47%. Reliability scores range from 98.2 (PayRetailers) to 34.0 (Worldpay).
- Together they published 107 incidents in the last 90 days, 2 of them partial or major outages.
- The typical vendor takes 2h 28m to resolve an incident. PayRetailers is fastest, at 18m on average.
- Worldpay reported the most incidents (51 in 90 days).
What to check before you choose a iGaming payment provider
- Ask whether your cashier can route deposits to a backup provider automatically when a payment method fails, so one outage doesn't stop all deposits.
- Look at deposit and withdrawal components separately. Deposit outages cost revenue at once; payout delays cost player trust and can lead to regulator complaints.
- Check when incidents happen. An outage during a Saturday afternoon football round or a big tournament costs far more than one at 4am on a Tuesday.
- For open-banking and local payment methods, check whether incidents are at the provider or at individual banks, and how many banks in your markets are affected.
